What I Edit
I specialize in editing and proofreading non-academic materials, such as books targeting a popular or commercial audience, works of fiction, white papers, and website copy; however, I do offer editing for some forms of academic writing.
Please note that at this time I do not offer fact checking services and will only query information that seems to be lacking in detail or inaccurate.
How I Charge
I do not charge a flat fee for editing a manuscript, but customize our pricing to fit each individual project.
As such, it is necessary for you to send us a sample of your work so that the editor can do a diagnostic edit (the sample edit) to determine the approximate cost of editing your project and provide you with a quote.
How I Add Value
I recognize that there are many opportunities for content creators to enjoy independence and freedom from traditional forms of publishing. More and more often, authors are turning to self-publishing as a solution for creating and distributing their works, and I'm here to support that.
How I Support Creativity
Independent novelists and writers come from all skill levels, backgrounds, and walks of life. In order to show my support for writers with ambitions great and small, I offer a special service to individuals who want to primarily publish for themselves, small communities, and passion projects.
